[CQ-Contest] CW Sprint Start - 40 meters

This past weekend, there was a large group of midwestern and east coast 
sprinters that started on 40 meters.  Certainly can't argue with the results! 
 It looks like there may be 3 W9s in the top ten this time and lots of state 
records fell too!

This weekend, there will again be a large group of sprinters from this side 
of the USA spending the first 15 or 20 minutes on 40 meters.  Sure would be 
nice to see more guys east of the Mississippi River, along with W0, start 
there too!  

And will someone in UT and KY please get on and hand out those mults....  RI 
would be nice too.
