[CQ-Contest] Is there a Cabrillo to ADIF Convert lurking out there?!?

Any one know of a Cabrillo to ADIF converter?  I have a couple of contest
logs in Cabrillo from a shareware program that I would like to import into
my regular log program, DX4Win.
