[CQ-Contest] 1998 CQWW CW DX Contest Certificates

Has anyone else received their wrinkled, poorly FOLDED
certificate from the '98 WW yet.
 I appreciate the certificate, but it would be so much nicer if they would
send them in a large envelope so that they did not have to be folded.
But, If they have to be folded, could they at least be folded EVENLY?

Even most of the small contests, QSO parties, etc. use the large envelopes.

 Enough griping for now.
