[CQ-Contest] Monitor Woes - Two more solutions

I have two amps on the shelf above my Sony 1435 display I use for
contests. Using TR in full screen DOS display (EGA I think), or a
Windows full screen mode, the SB221 causes fierce wobble on the screen.
The AL1200 causes none at all, not even a little.

If I am using the SB221, running TR in a DOS box in W98 using 1024x768 @
60 Hz display does not give the wobble, nor is there screen distortion.

On the SB221, the wobble does not change I when throw it to transmit
(400 ma standing current).

The fan is an open construction with a "C" shaped core with the winding
opposite the armature. It has a "wobble" in the sound it makes that
seems to match the wobble on the screen.

Has anyone actually traced one of these problems to a specific component
of an amplifier?
