[CQ-Contest] WRTC stations

While I didn't make as detailed comparisons as N6NT I saw about the same
results on 20M from the WRTC stations.  
Most were about the same strength and I thought they did a great job of
hearing my own station which is about the same as they were using.  Almost
all did a good job of pulling my signal thru.  Guess that should be a given
considering the skills of the contestants.
