[CQ-Contest] World Contest Station Database

The database now reflects all updates received through July 10, and
includes over 1500 HF contest stations.  Recent additions include B4R,
which appears to be a club/contest call for the Jiangsu DX Club -- can't
say as I've heard that one or similar 1X1s yet from China.

In the next few days, I plan to add a field to the database for the number
and height of towers, as well as another for web site(s) associated with
the station.  Stay tuned...
