[CQ-Contest] Bad Practices Cured

Maybe what we need is a new contest rule where your operating category is 
given as part of the exchange and only single ops work single ops and multis 
work multis. I short order the big guns will be off the air and then we can 
have a contest with a level playing field and a real time chance for the 
"small pistols" to show their stuff. 

Who knows, maybe someone would finally realize that we (the "small pistols") 
do count for something.
