[CQ-Contest] No-Coders at Field Day 2000

Please read the "Field Day 2000" on the ARRL's website, right down to the 
FAQ.  I believe you will find this to be OK.  The FAQ states that even an 
Extra Class operator can operate the Novice/Tech station as long as he or she 
adheres to the regulations of the station license, that is of the "control 
operator."  As long as the control operator is there, and the regulations of 
that station license are respected, it is my understanding that anyone can 
operate that station.
