[CQ-Contest] WPX - VO0A and 4O0A

I listened very carefully to the keying at 4O0A, and think I may have a clue
for you.  This station was obviously using VOX instead of QSK, and whenever
he began transmitting the leading dit was so shortened that it almost
disappeared.  Thus what you were likely to hear was "VO0A 40OA TEST" as the
F1 message.  And whenever this guy was in S&P mode, he very likely called
people with the call "VO0A" without realizing it.

This is NOT to say that there wasn't also a VO0A on the air, however.  I
just noted how badly the leading dit was compressed at 4O0A.
