Whether keyed by computer or keyer, it ought to be possible to still use
simple relay logic to inhibit one rig or the other from keying a radio.
As soon as the first radio is keyed and the amp relay contact is closed,
that low could energize a relay that opens the key line to the second
radio. A similar arrangement could inhibit the ptt on phone. Reed relays
could handle it and be fast enough.    JACK W1WEF
