What if it was DL1XYZ/m?  Would that be counted as England?  How should one 
log mobiles?  Normally, I'd say just leave off the "/m" since CQWW just 
checks the base call.  But since this is ARRL, I'm not sure how "picky" they 
are?  What say Trey?
