[CQ-Contest] What's BUSTED ?

AK1A set the defacto standard for cluster spots: frequency, call, comments,
time.

"G3XYZBUSTED" is not a call.  "G3XYZ" is a call & "BUSTED" is a comment.

When someone spots a wrong call, either they'll send out another spot to
correct it or someone else will do that for them or chances are somebody else
will spot the DX anyway & get the call right.  Those subsequent spots then
correct everybody's bandmap.

Please don't use the call field for anything other than calls.  This has
worked
quite nicely for what, a decade now?  And suddenly it "needs" improving?  ;^)
