I respectively disagree.
The guy that stays within the letter and spirit of the rules, optimizes his 
station to conform to the rules, works out his strategy and plays the contest 
to his best ability, only to loose to the cheater got ripped off too, as did 
everyone else in the contest.
Are these plaques and certificates really worth that much to some?
