[CQ-Contest] All-Asia fixed?

My least favorite contest seems to have been fixed... check out:

Hopefully, others who have given this contest a miss as I have over the
years will give it a go now that Asia-to-Asia Qs count for something.

One thing from that URL, though:

 Guidlines for the acceptable electronic file format are introduced in the
 "Guidelines for E-mail submission of JARL contests"

 (See the JARL Web site.http://www.jarl.or.jp)

I must be blind, as I can find nothing there about it.  Anybody have any
better luck?
