Yes the band plan is a recomendation & I am not pointing fingers for
disqualification. What I am saying is shouldn't we at least consider the
interests of non contesters by giving them a little bit of space. A good
comparison is a Motorway:
 Now there are many users of the motorway. But if it was legal for me to
drive a 3 lane wide lorry up the motorway which is also 3 Lanes wide without
any consideration for other road users it would not do my popularity any
favours especially when the road is busy !!

I suppose 40M bandspace could be an on going debate & probably has been,
point taken, but when there's very wide bands like 10, 15 M is there any
real need to cause unnessisary annoyance to the CW crowd / International
Beacons ?
