I ran across a VK station during the recent CQWW that refused to log me on
15 meters because I had already worked him on  20. Many people just don't
understand the rules and then some are just plain airheads and only want
what is good for them.
Reality , I reckon. I also ran across a SO US station that refused to log me
because he already had zone 4 and that was the response I got. So what do
you do-- LOG IT or NOT??????
