[CQ-Contest] Training Potential Contest Ops

My vote is for WPX. Its a fun contest, not too hard to find a CQ frequency, 
yet plenty of people to work. A strange multiplier scheme (seriously, I 
think very few people really care about prefixes:) adds to the fun,
