Fw: [CQ-Contest] Shorten CW SS

I'm in agreement that something should be done to shorten the SSCW. the
high speed CW and shortage of new Entrants would indicate that it would
be prudent to make some changes.  SO Single Radio.  LP.  First hr of 95
but it sure went down hill fast after that.
