I agree with Jim, but I'd add one comment:  The calling station shouldn't have
to ask you to QRS.  If someone calls you at 18 wpm, it's a pretty safe bet s/he
is going to have a hard time copying you at 40.  You'll just waste time
repeating the exchange slowly anyhow.
