Winning a contest from KP2, KP4, etc. is darn hard.

Belive me, there are a lot of things that prevent an op from being 
capable of meeting his true potential when visiting these islands.

One of the more difficult challenges working against your actually 
doing a really good job from some of these geographic areas is the 
research that MUST be done upon arrival so as to properly ascertain 
exactly what various contest distractions might exist.

This can sometimes be quite a lengthy research process, and there is 
seldom enough time to do it properly.
