[CQ-Contest] RE: Self-Spotting

Now that self-spotting is formally against the
rules for ARRL, and since I had five stations
ask me to spot them (I was PREC=U) in this year's
ARRL Sweepstakes, should I report them, and if
I do, should they be re-classified or disqualified?
