[CQ-Contest] Top Band during CQWW

Greetings to all on the list.  I would be very interested to hear anybody's
comments about operating on TopBand during the forthcoming CQ-WW  SSB and CW
contests.  I am especially interested in best times, freqs, and general
tips.
