[CQ-Contest] Country File update for SD

I've updated SD's CTY files in line with AD1C's release
notes of 15 October.

>    * Added VP8/UT1KY as callsign for Antarctica, CE9.
>    * Added FO0ELY and FO0TOH as callsigns for Marquesas, FO/m.
>    * Added GS2MP, GZ and MZ as prefixes for GM/Shetlands.

All the CTY files are contained in www.ei5di.com/sd/cty.zip
