[CQ-Contest] Corrected ARRL CW Scores !!!

I don't think favoritism is the correct word.  It is good that they are
correcting what was obviously a mistake.  (I assume the missing logs were
simply misplaced.)

The bad part is that this seems to be a recurring problem of late.
