Which 3 QSOs?  3-pointers, 2-pointers, 1-pointers or 0-pointers?  If I bust 
a stateside callsign (0 points) then they should deduct 0 points from my 
log.  If I bust a European, then I expect 9 points to be removed.

All of this needs to be spelled out EXPLICITLY in the rules!
