[CQ-Contest] UA1NDY

[Paulo Cesar G. Milito]

     I use 2 electronic logbooks and one gives me UA1NDY as
European Russia (I expected so) and the other gives me as
Franz Josef land (4K2), iota EU019. The qso was in june 14,
1992. Which one is the correct?
