[CQ-Contest] William Plum and/or John Mackey

I sometimes get mint Irish stamps on envelopes for QSL requests, but
personally, I would much rather have a dollar or an IRC, as they are more
versatile. Generally, the stamps are the wrong value too, 60p instead of
45p, so the difference gets wasted.
