[CQ-Contest] Moving WPX CW

Perusing the WA7BNM contest calendar, it appears that there may be no
workable dates in April.  The SP DX Contest (4/7), JIDX test (4/14) , YU DX
Test (4/21), and Helvetia (4/28) appear to have it covered.  But maybe,
just maybe, one of those contest sponsors would be willing to swap with WPX
CW, in the interest of juicing up the WPX contest that the Europeans, in
particular, seem to enjoy.

What say?
