Guys,

The Knightlites web site has a kit that may interest some of you,
especially those that can type faster/better than they can send CW
with paddles. Web site is: WWW.knightlites.org

It's a little black box keyer that will take input from paddles *or* a
standard IBM keyboard. It has four memories that can chain together,
a 32 character buffer and an LCD display which shows the buffered
message before/as it is sent. Once typing is ahead of sending, code
in the buffer can be changed by just backspacing and making the
correction.
Word speed and character speed are controlled separately, allowing
Farnsworth spacing. Speed range is 1 - 99 Words per minute. If you
have occasion to send really *slow* code, this keyer will allow you to
type and send it flawlessly.

There is a beacon mode which can be interrupted then resumed from the
paddles or board.

This device will not replace a logging program, but for those that
would rather type than paddle, it's a fine keyer.
