[CQ-Contest] Reporting Bogus Station Addresses To The FCC

This is also a problem with delivering Buro cards. Seem to get a lot of
returns for DXers that are active enough to be receiving cards for QSOs
(maybe made a year+ ago and I know some have died). Also, since mail
forwarding after moving usually lasts 6 months, the address has been bad
usually for at least a 1/2 a year.

Here's a fun tie-in to another thread. In his "Best of the Best
Dynasaur Edition" thread, W3ZZ mentions several superstation owners
such as W3LPL as worthy of top operator consideration. Rush Drake
deserves to be mentioned in that category, having topped the SS phone
with what was then the all time record for the event and running
stacked 3 element yagis on most bands back when his callsign, if I
remember correctly off of the top of my head, was still W7ESK. That
was only a matter of months or perhaps a couple of years before the
W7RM station became famous for multioperator DX contest scores.
