[CQ-Contest] Simple & safe RS232 for Kenwood

Hello Guys,
    I designed a very simple but safe and self-powered RS232 interface for
my Kenwood TS850S (it works also with TS950S, TS450S, TS690, etc.)
It was succesfully tested with CT.
