[CQ-Contest] ARRL 160m band plan

Hi Fellow contesters,

With ARRL proposed band plan for 160m USA ops will hardly be able to =
work any LZ or Eastern Europe on SSB on top band.
On freqs above 1840 there are so many and SOO loud Russian speaking =
stations, that I could not imagine picking up mostly weak SSB signals of =
US stations out of this mess.( specially in contests) even with beverage =
antennas.
