[CQ-Contest] 160m DX window dead?

The 160 band plan proposed, with or without DX windows in a contest, sounds 
like a bad idea if the result is to eliminate SSB below 1843.  On the several 
contest weekends per year when there is SSB DX being chased, it seems far 
better to "share" the allocation (in practice about 1820 to 1840) with CW 
DXers, who in many cases are the same people as the SSB DX chasers, than to 
have to fight it out above 1843 with non-contest SSB operators.

The former will be much more understanding than the latter.
