CW sub-bands on 80 through 20, I might agree.  There is ONE SLIGHT
DIFFERENCE which is called mode segmentation for every other band.  
Until mode segmentation is abolished on 20-80, or until the CQ 160 SSB
honors the 160 bandplan, I stand by my comment.
