[CQ-Contest] One Way QSOs

Maybe some of the idea of counting
"one way" QSOs comes from when you
could count 1 point for having Sent or
Received a message in the SS.

It runs in my mind that the partial credit
stopped when the Date and Time were
dropped from the SS exchange in the
late '60s or early 70's.  Anyone remember?
