NOT TRUE!

The WHOLE BAND is the "CW Portion". I'm sure SOME part of 1800-2000 kHz 
is free of SSB signals during any contest.

NOT TRUE! 

The WHOLE BAND is the "SSB Portion"!

The biggest problem when dealing with 160m allocations is that most of 
the world only has access to 1810-1850 kHz, so everyone tries to crowd in 
there, especially during contests which recognize a higher value for DX 
contacts.
