[CQ-Contest] PLEASE Update your Multiplier Lists!

After 23 months of West Central Florida (WCF) being an ARRL Section,
we're still getting silent "huh's?", "WCF?", or "My program won't accept
that"!

I'm sure most on this reflector have already gotten used to it and
updated their files ... but if you haven't, please do so ... and trust
what we send you ... "WCF" on CW or "West Central Florida" on SSB is
correct!
