[CQ-Contest] WCSD - added features today

I've just added capabilities to search for all stations with a given
prefix, and to search the "Rigs" section of the database to learn who's
using what.  Links to these searches are at the bottom of the initial
search page for the database, which can be found at http://www.pvrc.org.
As I learn more about SQL, I can add more searches, if you'll drop me a
direct note and let me know what you'd like to see.
