Personaly I am against sending cut numbers in the contest report.
Many times I noticed a delay in copying my cut numbers against fluent copy
of the full ones with a speed of 30 wpm.
That has happened also to the pros and not only casual operators.
So cut numbers do not crunk up the QSO rate but may cause mistakes
in logging and penalties at the end.
That's why I do not use "abbrev" command in my CT log
