[CQ-Contest] Contesting.com Server Fund

Thanks to everyone who has donated money to the new server.  We have more
than enough now.  I suspect I'll have to refund some you money, as we
probably have too much.  

I'll let everyone know what we get and when we install it.  Probably some
time in January.
