[CQ-Contest] It is Sprint Time again

The NCJ Sprints are coming up.  SSB is next weekend (on the 4th UTC)
and the CW Sprint is the weekend afterwards.

These four hour contests are a real kick.  You can find rules and
some other helpful hints on my sprint survival web page at
