[CQ-Contest] Zone 3 & 4 CQWW SSB SOAB Plaques

HNY to you all!

I have been sponsoring the SOAB CQWW Zone 3 and 4 plaques for both modes
for the past several years.  I would like to recruit someone to take over
the CQWW SSB plaque sponsorship for these zones starting next fall.

The guys who win these plaques go to just as much (probably more) trouble
than the SOAB USA winner, and they deserve the recognition for a job well
done.  The cost is only $50.00 per plaque.  Seems like there might be a
club or two that would be appropriate sponsors.
