[CQ-Contest] Mode 516 Suggestions

    This discussion is interesting but like the contest rule change 
discussions is not being sent to the people who actually have anything to do 
with it. If you want to get this info to the factory, you need to email them. 
Scott, W4PA, is the product manager and is 'da man' for these kinds of 
comments (although it's a little late for current products I'm sure). Sorry 
but I don't have his email address.
