[CQ-Contest] M/M/M

I'd like to second Ken's enthusiasm for M/M/M operations. I found it to be
quite enjoyable this year from W1AW/6, and I think it's a category that
several of the clubs would find entertaining to compete in. If M/M/M could
be enhanced by letting the non-HQ multipliers officially participate I bet
it would really catch on. M/M/M is well suited to the IARU as the bands are
not that crowded and extra low band activity from M/M/M entrants would be
welcome.
