        Of course being connected does not mean a station is using spots.
However, when they turn in a SOSB multiplier total equivalent to the top
Multi-Multi's, but with far less QSO's, it does not take rocket science 
to figure out what is going on.  The Committee's methods are not revealed
nor do I feel they should be, but I am sure there is more analysis than
just checking connections.  I agree with you that disqualified calls
should be listed (none were) just as disqualified stations have been
listed previously.

        I think this is a very good step in the right direction.  Having
seen one very obvious cheater in my category getting away with this since 
the 1999 CQ WW SSB, I strongly applaud the Committee's actions.  Doing 
nothing about obvious cheaters is demoralizing to the 99.9% of folks who 
don't cheat.
