[CQ-Contest] Change of IOTA Contest Manager

Fellow Contesters,

I am pleased to announce that Don Field G3XTT has volunteered to take on
the role of IOTA Contest Manager. This position on the RSGB HF Contests
Committee was established by Chris Burbanks G3SJJ who has coordinated the
adjudication of the contest for a number of years, overseeing its growth
into one of the major events in the contest calendar.  Don, who picks up
the role with immediate effect is an active participant in both the IOTA
programme and the contest.  I would like to take this opportunity to thank
Chris on behalf of the RSGB and the HFCC for his hard work during the
fifteen years of service he has given the committee, six of them in the
role of chairman.
