[CQ-Contest] Why no Packet for SOAB

There are times when I simply don't have time to spend 48 hours or even 24
hours running only a contest. But to have some fun for a couple of hours,
I enjoy getting into the fray and finding a few big pileups and seeing if I
still have "got it". Packet is handy for that and to eliminate it would
reduce the fun for us guys who are just giving all of you "die hards" a few
contacts and keeping your runs going.

Take care!
