With all due respect, Bob, I happen to have 100% proof that this is NOT a=
lways true. Under "unique" circumstances, the CQ WW Committee will somet=
imes count a 100% valid, and "unique", QSO as BAD, and you will LOSE cred=
it. However, if you have a priori knowledge that you're about to lose cr=
edit, and prove it on a timely basis, credit will probably be restored.
In their defense, the Committee is doing the best that they possibly can,=
the real workers there are grossly under-appreciated, and log adjudicati=
on is orders of magnitude superior to what is was up to, say a dozen year=
s ago, and their "best" is probably good enough.
But please, let's not any of us think that it is infallible............

No credit for QSOs with Unique stations are removed from anyone's log.
They are simply marked as unique with a "U" on the UBN report. No credit=
is
removed calls marked as Unique.
Please read that statement carefully. It says that no one loses credit f=
or
working a unique station.
There are various methods used to determine whether or not calls are Bad,
and if that occurs, they are marked as "-B" on the UBN report and credit =
is
removed.
If you have dispute about a callsign in your log that is marked "-B", sen=
