[CQ-Contest] WhereRU

[Douglas Priest]

A Canadian friend just mentioned a new Writelog add on program called
WhereRU. Does anyone have a URL for this? I am under the impression this
might not be in the spirit of the game. Anyone running it? What exactly does
it do?
