[CQ-Contest] PED for windows 2000 / new soundcards?? anytime soon?

I feel the same way with RUFZ... I would love to have a pileup style CW
practice program here in my radio room for when I'm filling out cards or
ragchewing, 2m etc. but they're all obsolete. My 286 has been stored away a
long time ago.
Anyone have a program that runs on W98 or newer like RUFZ?
